With over 30 years of experience launching businesses, scaling creative teams, and telling unforgettable brand stories, she brings both strategy and soul to every project. Outside of work, she’s likely snowboarding, #vanlifing, traveling, or hanging out with the Chief Barking Officer Scoob.

Julia brings a creative spark and sharp storytelling to ConvertGo as our Social Media Director, specializing in short-form video content and editing that drives engagement. She got her start in broadcast media, working behind the scenes at a national news outlet, and has since created standout content for restaurants and cafes across LA’s vibrant food scene. Off the clock, you’ll find her chasing adrenaline on mountain bike trails, skiing fresh powder, checking out live music, or hunting down the next must-try restaurant.

Catalina is a marketing graduate from Colorado State University who brings creativity, strategy, and a deep love of brand storytelling to her role at ConvertGo. She specializes in client engagement, content creation, and turning raw ideas into campaigns that actually connect. Her background spans event marketing, social media, and brand work across industries like fashion, legal, and retail—making her both adaptable and detail-obsessed. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her hunting for vintage gems, exploring new corners of the city, or planning her next mountain escape.

Jess is a designer and marketer based in NYC with many years of experience working with clients of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 500s. She's been building websites since Adobe Flash was a thing, and she loves a strategically executed email campaign. She brings design expertise, a user-centered mindset, and a whole lot of curiosity to the table. Beyond ConvertGo, you’ll find her doting on her cat Luna, vibing to drum ’n’ bass, and daydreaming about trips to Japan and Hawaii.

Jordan supports ConvertGo with project management - ensuring scope, timeline, and budget all stays in line and chaos at bay. She has over 7 years in the field, and a bachelor of science in business administration with a focus on marketing. Outside of project management, Jordan is a devoted yoga instructor, reiki healer, and fertility awareness educator. You can often find her at the base of any natural form of water, getting another stamp in her passport, or giving pets to her dog Irie.

Kate is a Brand and Graphic Designer at ConvertGo Marketing, specializing in crafting visual identities and brand experiences that are both strategic and soulful. With over 18 years of experience in graphic design, she launched her own branding boutique in 2021 to support small business owners in the wellness space. Kate’s work is rooted in storytelling and symbolism. Outside of work, she’s adventuring with her husband and three boys, basking in the sun on hikes with their dog Murdoch (and sometimes their cats, Luna and Soleil), or chilling with their bearded dragon, Rex.
